Order Process
How can I order my products?
Products can be ordered by completing our online form to receive a quote. Click here. Alternatively, you can call or send a WhatsApp message to +27 81 639 5056 to place your order or request further assistance.
How do I get a custom quote?
To request a custom quote, simply complete our online quote form. One of our team members will follow up with you to confirm the details needed to prepare your estimate. Click here. You can also call or send a WhatsApp message to +27 81 639 5056 to discuss your requirements directly.
Can I request changes to the standard products?
No, unfortunately not if you want to order online, at the lower prices. To allow the cost competitive prices and short leadtimes, products are standardized on the website (except for colour choice).
How will I know my order has been received and is in progress?
You will receive an email confirmation from our ordering system and within 48 hours a personal confirmation from our office that your order is in process.
Delivery
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery within Gauteng and some surrounding areas. Delivery rates are location dependent and start from R350 per delivery.
How will my delivery be arranged?
As soon as your order is ready our dispatch controller will be in contact to arrange a suitable delivery date, time and any site access details.
What if I want to collect my order myself?
Our dispatch controller will make contact once your products) are ready for collection. Our despatch team will gladly assist but please note that the responsibility for adequate loading space, product protection and strapping remains the responsibility of the transporter. Please note that glazed product should ideally travel upright to reduce risk of glass breakage
Installation
Do you do installations?
Yes, we do. This is a service that you can request and will then be include in your quote.
Can I install my products myself?
Simpler items may be manageable to install yourself with advice from our team. We do, however, recommend using an experienced installer, especially for larger or more complex products.
